  7. Prepare 1 tsp of cayenne pepper.
  8. It’s 2 pinch of salt.
  9. It’s 3 of knorr cubes.
  10. You need 200 grams of pasta.
  11. It’s 100 grams of quorn mince.

Quorn pasta step by step

  1. Dice onions and scotch bonnet and put into pan if oil is fairly hot.
  2. Place a medium sized circle of oil on fryin pan and heat.
  3. Then add enough quorn mince to cover half the pan.
  4. Add 1 knorr cube and your italian herbs and stir.
  5. If oil seems small you can add , and when hot add half a can of plum tomato , use fork to break down plum and stir.
  6. Then add your 2 knorr cubes , a pinch of salt and your cayyenne pepper and let it fry altogether as you stir.
  7. I forgot to add before you start , boil 200g pasta, when ready add to tomato sauce and stir thorougly altogether..
  8. If you feel to add any other flavours, feel free , when done , you can grate a little cheese on top and your done..
